Job Summary:
Applying engineering techniques, assists in the improvement of manufacturing processes and products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Solve mechanical problems & troubleshoot
+ Perform operations and engineering changes
+ Work with key stakeholders' on projects & improvement initiatives
+ Contact vendors to discuss applicability of products, secure data and investigate potential equipment and make recommendations as to desirable and cost savings features
+ Design, build, and implement automation projects
Qualifications:
+ Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
+ Ability to work independently

+ Ability to meet project deadlines
+ Ability to work within a fixed budget
+ Good communication skills
+ Solid works or equivalent
+ Solid edge or equivalent
+ Familiar with automation & robotics
+ Understanding & knowledge of assembly & inspection methods
+ Knowledge of heat treat, material & understanding of fundamentals of metallurgy (preparation process, analysis & evaluation of metallographic samples
+ Quality systems and standards
+ Oracle or equivalent systems
+ Intermediate to advance skills with Excel
+ Understanding of applications for CNC programming
Education Requirements:
+ Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree Technical program/school.
Years Of Experience:
+ 3 Years Manufacturing Engineering experience in machining and assembly environments.
