We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Co-op. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to see projects through to completion, while implementing innovative ideas and technologies to enhance efficiency and turnaround time in product development. Location: Cleveland, OH Length of Co-op: May-November Compensation: $24.00 **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with team members and work independently to complete assigned projects. + Maintain organization and manage multiple tasks effectively. + Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors. + Follow directions accurately and efficiently. + Implement new ideas and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time in product development. + Participate in hands-on project involvement, including running shop floor trials for development work or scrap reduction. + Write procedures and other process control documents to ensure consistency and quality. + Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions using risk-based analysis. **Qualifications:** + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience with Microsoft programs, such as Excel. + Ability to take direction well and work effectively in a team setting. + Proactive in implementing new ideas and technologies. + Hands-on experience in project involvement, particularly in running shop floor trials. + Experience in writing procedures and process control documents. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick, informed decisions. **Education and Experience:** + Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology). + Previous co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
