Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team 2nd Shift team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical inclination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Associate
**Location:** Brea, CA
**Pay Range:** $21/hr
**Schedule:** M-F 2:30pm-12am and 8hrs on Saturday
**What's the Job?**
+ Follow visual instructions to complete small part assemblies
+ Utilize various hand tools and production equipment as necessary
+ Visually inspect parts that are made
+ Recognize and solve minor issues during production
+ Perform other duties that may be assigned
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 6 months - 1 year of manufacturing experience
+ Able to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50+lbs occasionally
+ Previous experience in the metal manufacturing/aerospace industry
+ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
