In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Generate and update flowcharts for manufacturing operations. + Document new processes and update existing documentation. + Analyze operational capability to identify productivity improvements and waste elimination. + Perform ergonomic analysis and apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as Takt Time and Line Balancing. + Price work with suppliers and record purchase orders in the Ariba system. + Apply knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Perform technical design studies, including geometric tolerances. + Understand and map remanufactured component journeys in key processes. + Apply job safety standards, including lockout processes (LOTO).
