**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inspection and Laser Marking Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing inspection tasks, operating laser marking equipment, and completing pre-inspection work to ensure product quality. Candidates should have experience with print reading and using measurement tools to verify specifications. Training will be provided for laser marking, though prior experience is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and specification standards. + Operate and maintain laser marking equipment; training will be provided if needed. + Conduct pre-inspection tasks to prepare items for final quality review. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. + Use precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, dial calipers, and other equipment, to inspect parts and verify dimensions. + Identify and report non-conforming products or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. + Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. + Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols. **Qualifications:** + Experience in product inspection and familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers and dial calipers preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required. + Prior experience with laser marking equipment is ideal but not mandatory; training will be provided. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Excellent organizational and communication abilities. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
