Job Description

The starting wage for a Manufacturing Press Operator is $19.28 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $23.57/hour (plus shift premium).  The starting wage for a Light Machine Operator is $17.57 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $21.00/hour (plus shift premium).

·Operating presses that forge steel, automatic or manual

·Driving Forklifts

·Sorting of parts

·Checking Quality on all products

·Ensuring a safe work environment

Required Skills and Education

·A minimum of 18 years of age

·Have a High School Diploma or GED

·Able to work any shift (1st shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM)

·Can work full-time

·Able to work overtime

·Can pass a urine drug test
