Conceptualise and lead all data analytics within the Manufacturing and Logistics functions. This requires analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and productivity; conducting periodic high level capacity reviews of the Supply Chain system as a whole and making recommendations for investment and optimisation; defining business needs on reporting and analysis, and routine tasks for automation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Business and Supply Chain Strategies Understand the context and environment in which CCBSA/CCBA operates—macro-, micro-, socio-economic factors, overall market trends and opportunities Contribute to the development of coherent Business and Supply Chain Strategies, goals and priorities for the short, medium and long term Contribute to the development of effective Strategic and Operational Plans based on the Business and Supply Chain strategies and goals Commercial and Financial Acumen Understand the broader business environment and the markets in which the business operates Understand market dynamics, industry metrics and key players affecting the business, so as to understand the business reasons for Manufacturing and Logistics goals and priorities Analyse and interpret applicable financial accounting reports in-depth, interpret business results as they affect Supply Chain and assist in identifying business opportunities Explore financial optimisation opportunities for the effective management and reduction of spend Understand CCBSA/CCBA Revenue Growth Strategy (RGS), and factors that impact country RGS Management of Network Capacity Modelling for CCBSA Provide models to enable the prioritisation of competing capital requirements to meet the investment return and business continuity criteria of CCBSA/CCBA over the short and long term (5 year+) horizons Develop specialised, detailed modelling of the Supply Chain through Network Capacity Modelling, the development of a warehouse space model and line fixed production cycles. These must enable the optimisation of Supply Route Matrix design and reduce operational costs of the entire supply chain with tangible savings for the business. Demonstrate financial impacts on cash flow and investments through alternative models,  which need to be communicated to the Board and the CCBSA stakeholders  Analysis and Optimisation of Manufacturing Capacities & Asset Utilisation Conduct feasibility studies for identified capital projects, linking to short term Tactical Planning and the long-term Strategic Network Capacity Plan Create tools and insights to ensure the optimal investment between Manufacturing Complexity, Warehouse Capacity and Working Capital Cost, through the analysis of fixed production cycles and run lengths Oversee and monitor adherence to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Rules and Standards in Capacity Investment modelling Support Carbon Footprint and Sustainability Priorities through modelling, and data flow structuring Management of Manufacturing Reporting Manage the reporting of CCBSA manufacturing performance, metrics and data            Develop predictive analytics for CCBSA Manufacturing, including the: Development of automated line reporting Plant and line performance modelling, prediction, and forecasting Automated maintenance monitoring investigation and implementation Ensure active involvement as a super-user in the deployment of the Integrated Planning Solution (IPS) along with the continuous development of the automation of CCBSA forecasting and planning data. Understand day-to-day requirements of production, raw material planning and supply chain planning, together with understanding the analytics, data flow and functionality of the tool Manufacturing Cost & Productivity Optimisation and Continuous Improvement Analyse internal and external data and trends to identify opportunities for cost, performance and productivity optimisation Manage and facilitate benchmarking with Coca-Cola bottlers and other external companies Establish and maintain accurate activity-based cost models for manufacturing cost input into CCBSA commercial product value chains Facilitate, maintain and manage the overall continuous improvement programme for cost optimisation and productivity improvement in the Manufacturing function Manage and maintain a project hopper to track execution of improvement projects across the CCBSA Manufacturing function Facilitate the review of continuous improvement projects to ensure productivity and improvement objectives are met Skills, Experience & Education Sc. Engineering or equivalent Business qualification an advantage Analytics qualification an advantage End-to-end understanding of the implications of operation and design decisions on the overall Supply Chain

Experience
