Job Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine-based, people- based or combination) Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training) Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis) Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar is required.   Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt. Experience and outstanding understanding of value stream mapping. Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large- or medium-sized company. Ability to connect with and develop colleagues at all levels.   Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
