Description We are offering a temporary (with potential to hire) employment opportunity for a Manual QA - Salesforce in the Commercial Credit industry, located in Grand Island, Nebraska (this role is fully remote from anywhere in the nation). As a Manual QA - Salesforce, you will be responsible for conducting manual testing on various projects. You will be working independently but will share the workload with another tester. The primary focus will be on small business enhancements. Responsibilities: • Conduct manual quality assurance testing on Salesforce platform • Oversee various projects independently, ensuring high-quality outcomes • Focus primarily on small business enhancements, bringing critical improvements to the system • Collaborate with another tester to divide and conquer tasks, ensuring all projects are covered • Interface with off-shore project partners to ensure seamless project execution • Work with various teams across the enterprise, contributing to larger projects when needed • Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Integration Testing, Jenkins, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, QA - Quality Assurance, QA Testing, Manual Test, Manual Testing, Salesforce APIs to perform tasks efficiently Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual QA testing, particularly on Salesforce. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira. • Proficiency in bug tracking and resolution. • Experience with integration testing is a must. • Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration. • Proven abilities in AB Testing to improve system productivity. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum working environment. • In-depth understanding of QA - Quality Assurance procedures. • Experience in QA Testing with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in manual test creation and execution. • Experience in manual testing techniques and practices. • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and their integration.
