Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manpower Analyst to support the Army Community Service (ACS) in optimizing its workforce and achieving organizational goals. This role involves analyzing staffing needs, forecasting future requirements, and recommending strategies for personnel allocation to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of workforce planning and the unique needs of military organizations like ACS. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Collecting information on current workforce demographics, job roles, performance metrics, workload distribution, and projected business needs. Predicting future staffing requirements based on business plans, market trends, and anticipated growth or decline. Identifying discrepancies between current staffing levels and projected needs, highlighting potential shortages or overstaffing areas. Evaluating the current skillset of the workforce against future job requirements and identifying necessary training needs. Creating strategies to address manpower gaps, including recruitment plans, training programs, and workforce optimization initiatives. Calculating the financial implications of staffing changes and proposing cost-effective solutions. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management in the form of clear and concise reports. Evaluate current staffing levels, organizational structure, and workload distribution within ACS. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and interpretation of complex information. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor manpower studies within deadlines. Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. Understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and financial implications of staffing decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field OR equivalent years of experience. At least 3+ years of experience in manpower analysis, workforce planning, or a related field. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred. Experience working with military or government organizations, especially ACS, is a plus.
