Your task will focus on the development Data-Based process optimization in the field of advanced manufacturingFirst you will Evaluate data processing requirements in advanced manufacturing environments to determine optimal allocation between edge and cloud platformsYou will research and analyze existing cloud-edge architectures in the field of advanced manufacturing to inform the design and implementation of an optimal architecture for combining edge-based and cloud-based process monitoringYou will foster data sharing capabilities to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among stakeholders in the advanced manufacturing industryOur range of tasks is broad, and you are encouraged to try new things

What you need to make real what matters.

You are currently enrolled in a technical or scientific degree such as computer science, games engineering or engineering sciencesYou have solid experience in python and you write good-quality code which other people can understandYou have worked with big datasets and cloud-based computingYou enjoy scientific work and are characterized by a structured and independent way of workingVery good written and oral English or German skills are required  The duration of the internship is based on university regulations and should be at least 3 months.
