Managing Director of Operation

Primary Responsibilities:

●     Operational Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets. Provide leadership and direction to department heads and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

●     Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations. Implement quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products. Lead initiatives to continuously improve product quality and reliability.

●     Facility Management: Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security, to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and functionality.

●     Planning and Material Management: Lead the development and execution of production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels. Manage material sourcing, procurement, and inventory control processes to support production schedules and minimize costs.

●     Purchasing and Logistics: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components. Optimize logistics and transportation strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in product distribution.

●     Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving, to ensure accurate and timely product delivery. Implement best practices for warehouse organization, layout, and workflow optimization.
