To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **How you'll succeed** **1) Develop** **go-to-market strategy** to fully support Private Wealth’s strategic priorities + Create **actionable initiatives with clear deliverables** to support needs / goals of Business Development, Wealth Strategies, Investments, Private Banking, and Family Office **2) Analyze competitive landscape, especially within Channels** , and proactively **develop new resources** to support Business Development and client engagement priorities + **Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate** with Private Wealth leadership team & experts + **Develop content campaigns across multi-media platforms** + **Drive growth of RFP process and track execution** + Guide plans for **roll-out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud** capabilities – ensuring effective deployment while protecting from risks **3) Represent Private Wealth** across US, Canada Enterprise & Canada Private Wealth Marketing teams – to **advocate and push for support** + Navigate CIBC’s global enterprise to **identify and assemble the right resources** to implement key strategic initiatives and day-to-day needs + Escalate gaps and propose alternate service solutions, where necessary **4) Execute** , **execute, execute** in collaboration with Private Wealth and cross-enterprise stakeholders (referenced above) to further accelerate growth + Ensure tight coordination and project management with **on-time delivery** 5) **Track results – with a data driven,** **consistent** **approach** **Who you are** + **You have 15+ years industry experience in the financial services industry** with a comprehensive understanding of Private Wealth Management market and HNW and UHNW target client base. + **You give meaning to data.** You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package.  This role has an expected salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 for the Atlanta, GA market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.  The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
