**Job description** **:** We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 12 years of expertise in SAP General Ledger, Product Costing, and COPA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, managing both onshore and offshore teams. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are essential. Weekly travel to client sites is required. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** + Strong problem solver, effective communicator, and highly collaborative team player with a strong C-Level executive presence. + Detail-oriented, self-directed, and possess strong independent problem-solving skills. + Mentor team members on technology, architecture, and application delivery. + Demonstrated leadership abilities and successful teamwork experience. + Creates a shared sense of direction and community among teams. + Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay current with trends and technical advancements. + Ability to articulate and present various points of view on different technologies. + Time management skills are essential, with the ability to be flexible and creative. + A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena. + Weekly travel to project locations/client sites required. + 12 years. **Required Skills:** + In-depth knowledge of general accounting and SAP General Ledger (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, and baseline CO) modules, with strong experience in SAP new GL module (S/4 Hana experience preferred). + Strong knowledge and experience with Product Costing and COPA.Experience in designing and defining organizational structure and the chart of accounts within SAP, translating business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future needs. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting, multi-national companies, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations. + Experience as FICO lead on at least 2-3 full lifecycle (FLC) implementations, and as a sub-module lead on at least 5-8 implementations.
