Oversee the day-to-day operations of the VCM plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot any operational issues Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep Monitor process parameters and take necessary actions to maintain product quality and efficiency Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement Drive initiatives for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and waste minimization in line with sustainability goals Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategies for enhancing productivity Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the development of operational procedures Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the petrochemical industry Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
