Become the visionary behind their travel portfolio. Forge Alliances: Negotiate high-impact agreements with travel suppliers, securing exclusive deals and maximizing revenue potential. Empower the Expedition Team: Provide clear product direction and strategic insights to the Sales and Service Team, enabling them to become trusted travel advisors and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate has:
5+ years of experience navigating the travel industry, with a proven track record of success in product marketing, supplier relationship management, and sales leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A post-secondary education in Travel is a significant asset. A deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, including products, destinations, technology, and services. Exceptional negotiation prowess and a history of securing advantageous supplier agreements. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and inspiring teams. An unwavering passion for travel and a dedication to crafting exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits:
