MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
_-_ Monthly TMS (to-market-sales) / IMS (in-market-sales) / Offtake variance analysis with updating actuals in forecasting model. Measuring monthly forecast accuracy and suggesting changes in forecasting model for better forecast accuracy.
- Building Channel level, chain level and brand level monthly performance analysis with market insights and risk and ops on the year end budget. Tracking month on month brand, channel and customer level profitability and building business cases to improve overall profitability.
- Quarterly Business performance review preparation and presentation before senior leadership – Quarterly P&L Progression with,Year end landing estimates, risk and ops etc.
- Evaluation of all Investment proposals on Trade / commercial P&L lines, tracking the business commitment as per proposal on monthly basis, suggest continue or accelerate or stop the investment in timely manner.
- Driving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reduction with reduction in overdue or improvement in monthly sales phasing. DSO forecasting and variance analysis with actual month on month tracking the DSO movement.
- ASP (Average Selling price) and Gross margin monthly tracking, driving projects to improve on ASP progression with trade team along with overall gross margin progression.
- Monthly Damage and Expiry (D&E) tracking, work with demand planning and trade team to reduce the D&E %
- Price / margin negotiation for institutional supplies and tender participations, tracking the profitability and commitments for all special price cases
Market visits to generate market insights and check the overall commercial hygiene on the ground.
- Monthly / Quarterly performance review with submission of regional / area office templates on timely manner.
- Driving Cost Leadership projects on efficiencies or cost reduction / optimisation in designated P&L / Balance sheet lines.
Experience Details:
+ _Experience of 5 - 7 years with at least 5 years’ of work experience in FMCG/ healthcare industry_
+ _Should understand business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively._
+ _Should have strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, hight integrity, should be able to challenge the commercial teams to drive results._
+ _Collaborate with other functions in ensuring process and controls are maintained._
_Should have an experience of managing team – team development_
