The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:

The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required experience:

Required - 7 years Human Resources, 3 years related to Employee Relations.Preferred - 3 years - Management.

Education:

Required - Bachelors - Human Resources; Or - Bachelors - Related Field;Preferred - Masters - Related Field
