The Manager of Talent Management guides the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting of strategic Talent Management initiatives across the organization. This position works closely with Medxcel executives, leaders, HR Business Partners, and Engagement team members along with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure talent management initiatives work together as part of a cohesive organizational strategy that achieves measurable business results. The incumbent will manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure performance management, skill trade and leadership development, onboarding, etc. are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned with ongoing strategic priorities. This position is located at Medxcel Central Office- Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities Partner with Director Talent Strategy to co-create the Talent Management strategy supporting associate development and retention while being able to explain the interdependency of initiates. Create leadership development roadmap starting with outsourcing programs to co-facilitation to creating an inhouse train-the-trainer model. Develop and manage partnerships with skill trade programs creating opportunities for associate growth. Manage the program portfolio of talent management initiatives to ensure programs work together to provide a cohesive solution. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new talent management strategic initiatives. Drive process improvements and consistency across the team and develop new ways to improve efficiency. Scale and evolve our programs to address the changing needs of Medxcel. Implement framework to facilitate organizational and behavioral change. Perform needs assessment, analysis, and consulting on organizational issues; make recommendations on organizational design and development issues. Evolve talent assessment and succession planning conversations having frequent check-ins with leaders and ensuring we are developing talent for tomorrow. Identify opportunities to create programs that creates a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. Drive reporting and measurements of the effectiveness of talent initiatives, including sharing insights with relevant stakeholders and adjusting as necessary. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development/leadership, organizational psychology, business or a related field required. Master’s degree in one of the above fields is highly preferred preferred. Experience: 7+ years increasingly complex experience as a Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Training practitioner/SME/Consultant; Master’s degree plus 4 years of Organizational Development, Learning and Training experience is acceptable in lieu of the 7+ year experience requirement required. 3+ years of strategic program or project management experience required. 3+ years of direct supervisory experience required. 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge and proven ability to build and manage an organizational development, learning organizations, change leadership, workforce and succession planning, leadership development and talent development strategies. Hands on approach and desire to be highly visible. High attention to detail on timelines and communication plans. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Proven ability to be a trusted business partner and driver of change. Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality. Critical thinking skills to gather, synthesize and analyze information and make connections, draw objective conclusions and recommend solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and present to all levels of organization on topics of strategic talent management, technology, tools and processes. Ability to prioritize projects and work activities using effective organization and time management strategies. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams) and Smartsheet. Travel required: Up to 10% based on organization and department priorities. #MFMLDSP #MFMCORP
