Job Description & Summary

Your Impact

• Translate business and people strategy into talent development initiatives and ensure execution in alignment with global initiatives and/or other people related topics.

• Act as subject matter expert for talent development programmes, provide advice and solutions, coordinate the optimum delivery of the programmes (including improvements, new process designs, etc. as and when required) and ensure quality of the services provided.

• Manage key stakeholders such as programme sponsors, external providers, internal facilitators, coaches, and participating employees throughout the whole talent development journey.

• Lead a small team of key talent developmet experts.

 • Monitor impact and results from talent development programmes and adapt constantly based on business requirements.

• Lead projects or acts as topic lead within projects, ensures topic integration in all relevant measures.

Your Skill Set

• Master or Graduate degree (preferably economics or psychology).

• Further development in Organizational Learning and Development or related area.

• Additional certifications related to talent and people development such as instructional design, change management etc.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar function with a good understanding of the organizational mechanisms.

• Good IT skills (MS Office (Word, Excel-advanced, and PowerPoint)).

• Strong project management skills (agility, ability to prioritise).

• Advanced communication skills (e.g. presentation skills, presence, active listening).

• Strog collaborations skills (e.g. team-oriented, ability to build trust, reliability, inclusive behaviour, negotiation skills).
