Key Responsibilities 

Own the recruitment process and lead recruitment and selection activities from start to end.  Represent the company brand and execute the branding strategy to external stakeholders.  Create & implement the talent acquisition strategy for the organization.  Enhance & drive consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.  Collaborate with leadership to deliver the resourcing requirements of business.  Manage end-to-end recruitment of senior leadership roles.  Identify & partner with external service providers, as required, to meet the hiring requirements of the organization.  Drive continuous improvement of recruitment practices.  Ensure recruitment targets are met.  Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment dashboard.  Compile monthly recruitment statistics and reporting to present to Leadership.  Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of hiring trends.  Collaborate with Compensation and Rewards team in benchmarking exercises.  Improve the new joiner onboarding experience, aligning to group standards.   Ensure compliance to group recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources or any other related stream  8-10 years of relevant experience  Experience in designing recruitment strategy  Experience in project management and strategy would be an advantage
