Global Talent Acquisition is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team and support our Corporate Functions Team. The Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will lead of team of recruiters while driving recruitment processes which include talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities. You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide a proactive approach recruiting in key areas of our business by driving top diverse talent into hires. **Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and empower a recruitment team to generate results against functional goals and provide direction on recruiting/sourcing strategies and methodologies, including diversity recruiting strategies.
+ Attract, develop and retain recruiters of all experience levels and capabilities.
+ Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels.
+ Analyze both recruitment and business trends to provide experienced solutions in finding top talent while being close to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking.
+ Advance diversity sourcing strategies bringing more visibility to talent.
+ Provide recommendations on sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding top talent.
+ Partner with the business to help ensure real-time communication on recruiting activity, as well as any challenges or issues needing attention.
+ Educate Hiring Leaders regarding available talent in the market and salary offers.
+ Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
+ Help ensure the team adheres to process compliance to deliver a more coordinated and seamless approach to recruitment service delivery.
+ Contribute to recruitment brand, marketing and social media strategy for the region in partnership with in-house functional specialists.

Qualifications
+ A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, with experience leading a team. Candidates with experience in Product/Financial/ Technology companies will be preferred.
+ Innovative thinker experienced at crafting and implementing impactful recruitment strategies.
+ Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team in a corporate environment preferred.
+ Skilled at using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
+ Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and/or others preferred.
+ Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
+ Strong Market trends orientation, Data analysis & trending and Influencing skills.
+ Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time.
+ Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
+ Experience conducting performance reviews.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
