This role will require the successful candidate to drive strategies for engagement across the Aeroplan product portfolio, drive the strategy for growth of The Air Canada Card and manage complex partner and cross line of business relationships. This position is a rich and diverse role for anyone who wants to be a part of a key strategic imperative for the Canadian Blue Box. **Responsibilities will include:** **Portfolio Management** + End to end management of The Air Canada Card – including Cardmember acquisition, servicing and engagement. + Thorough understanding of the acquisition and engagement drivers for the Card portfolio and the ability to identify targeted/nuanced areas of opportunity. + Develop an understanding of the various touchpoints of a Cardmember lifecycle, and how to optimize/operationalize treatments. **Cardmember Engagement** + Leverage analytical insights to continually optimize the portfolio strategy and lead step-change enhancements to our campaigns. + Work with partners and internal stakeholders on the design and implementation of campaigns supporting the Aeroplan portfolio. **People management** + Lead and develop a high performing team by managing, coaching and inspiring the development of direct reports **Qualifications** + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. + Superior relationship management, influencing and collaboration skills. + Proven ability to take an initiative and champion a project from strategic concept through to implementation and evaluation. + Superior people-leadership skills. + Superior analytical and critical thinking skills. + Aptitude in selecting, reviewing & analyzing diverse data sets related to business performance (e.g. financial performance, business process optimization). + Interpretation of a variety of data sets in order to develop compelling business cases. + Management of multiple complex projects simultaneously. + Proactively anticipating project risks and issues and ensuring adequate mitigation is put in place to ensure delivery is not compromised. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
