Manager - SOP Compliance
Position Summary

The Manager – SOP Compliance will support the Senior Manager – SOP Compliance in maintaining the highest level of gaming integrity, the strictest compliance with internal and external rules and standard operating procedures, and the most efficient and effective workflows through: 

Assisting Senior Manager – SOP Compliance with the rigorous review of all TG and EG processes, including but not limited to gaming operations, Card Room, technical operations and the sourcing and usage of gaming equipment. Assisting to identify opportunities for process refinement and potential alignment and transfer of best practices. Assist to collate observation data for preparation of regular integrity audit reports. Assist with follow up audits to action items. Primary Responsibility Assist the Senior Manager – SOP Compliance with the rigorous review all of TG and EG processes including but not limited to gaming operations, Card Room, technical operations and the sourcing and usage of gaming equipment Assist to support the Integrity team observers to conduct ad hoc and scheduled integrity review of each game type via direct/discreet observations per the Audit Calendar and/or Senior Management’s requests, to look for tell-tale signs of fraud/collusion and recommend measures to mitigate potential risks Assist to conduct reviews of EG processes including but not limited to EG configurations, EG door access and recommend measures to mitigate potential risk Assist to review full cycle of Card Room operations, from delivery of playing cards from manufacturer, usage in the gaming pits to the final destruction of the cards and detect risks associated to each stage Assist to check the sourcing, usage, storage and maintenance of sensitive gaming equipment to ensure it meets prescribed requirements and are correctly loaded and received at the designated loading bays Assist to work with GDOS (Gaming Development and Optimization Services) to ensure the number of operating tables and deactivated tables are correctly configured Assisting to identify opportunities for process refinement and potential alignment and transfer of best practices Assist the Senior Manager - SOP Compliance to review integrity audit findings, identify opportunities to streamline processes and ensure the most efficient and effective workflows are in place Identify differences in processes and simultaneously look for similarities in processes across properties to gain alignment accordingly Assist the Senior Manager - SOP Compliance to collaborate with Internal Audit Team and Gaming Audit team to review and respond to audit findings  Assist to review Audit and Compliance reports from Internal Audit Team Assist to e-Ensure TG and EG operations are in compliance with gaming regulations under the MICR Assist to collate data for preparation of Summary Reports on Integrity Audit findings Assist the Senior Manager - SOP Compliance to prepare regular integrity compliance reports according to established timelines, providing quality feedback and recommendations to mitigate risks Requirements At least 5 years in TG or EG supervision roles working in major gaming establishments Solid experience in dealing/supervising all major games in TG
