United strategic platform (USP) is the core platform for UHC E&I claim processing. This platform is growing everyday to have more membership migrated to USP platform. The USP PGA team responsible for this platform’s stability, availability, instrumentation, and quality across ecosystem (defect & resolution management).
The PGA Technical Lead is a key role within the IT organization, responsible for overseeing development operations (DevOps) work and providing strategic and tactical guidance to global IT partners. This individual will be a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth project (PGAs) execution and successful solution delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Technical Projects: Manage complex technical projects (PGAs) leveraging expertise in Excel analytics and PowerPoint presentations to translate technical concepts & reporting for stakeholders Partner Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate with and influence global IT partners to achieve project goals and solutions, fostering solid, collaborative relationships Project Escalation Management: Effectively manage project escalations, prioritizing resolution while maintaining positive relationships with all parties Communication & Soft Skills: Possess solid interpersonal and soft skills for managing complex communication Technical Project Management: Demonstrate a solid technical background in managing and delivering projects(PGAs) DevOps & Instrumentation: Have hands-on knowledge of DevOps and instrumentation tools Global Team Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively with large global IT teams Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve instrumentation upliftment, reduce defect seepage, and enhance PGA/incident SLAs Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
