Job Description Accountable for leading and managing a team of software engineers across multiple delivery teams, providing mentorship to enhance skills and career development, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Sets clear goals and objectives for the software engineering team, aligned with the product roadmap and organizational objectives. Collaborates with cross functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Oversees the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software projects. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in leading software application teams or supervision Experience with mobile application development for iOS and Android is preferred.
