This role will strive to Lead and champion process-improvement initiatives, ensure the reliability and quality of services and products. Also facilitate and lead team efforts to establish and supervise customer/supplier relations, supports strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and helps develop measurement systems to resolve organizational improvement. Job location will be Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible to improve Customer quality, Cost of poor Quality and a guide to achieve Supplier quality as per organization objectives. Support suppliers and SQE team in meeting the Quality objectives of suppliers. Continuously improve the quality management system by owning the internal and external quality audits well and on time. Responsible for daily quality output from the team members by providing right direction and expectation to the team. Responsible for MRB meeting, Disposition of material in time and putting up vital corrective & preventive actions on inhouse / supplier quality. Responsible to own quality assets with required calibration and maintenance in given frequency and choosing the right CAPEX needs in gauges and Instruments. Support to establish accurate system on special process like powder coating, Welding, Plating with required WI & quality plans and selection of vendors. Establishing the Quality Plan and Inspection test procedure (ITP) against project orders in alignment with SOM / Project Management teams. Responsible for all third-party inspection management within and outside the organization linked with project orders and specifications. To own engineering changes with effective date of implementation and on disposition of stocks / WIP for parts under change through ECRN process along with Sale order Management. Responsible for Implementation of ESH procedures, bench marking standard processes across different BU, publish monthly safety dashboards, Drive Safety culture aligned with Global targets. Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments. People manager having the capability to handle a team of 10+ people and getting them motivated to achieve the objectives.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Engineering with relevant experience and a total experience of 15years Product knowledge of regulator assemblies & machined parts Strong problem-solving proficiency and experience in QC tools knowledge in inspection techniques (CMM/linear measurements) & Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), understanding the concepts of position tolerance. Solid understanding on International Material standard for qualifying material chemical & mechanical properties. Familiar in drawing study & understandingPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Hands on expertise in handling customer/service/field compliant and taking vital actions. Expertise in NDT/Reading GAD/inspection techniques/QP/PPAP/FMEA/ISO/ISO. Good knowledge in process/inspection of machining, castings, special process.Our Offer to you:
