Key Responsibilities\: - Responsible for delivering the assigned sales target - One SE activities in Industry End User segment & EPCs focusing on products like Transformer,HT Panel,LV Panels, Power breakers & busducts, power quality & measurement,UPS,Cooling Solutions,Software and industrial automation products. Exposure to communication / connected products / software will be added advantage. - Establishe plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area/segment of operation, and creates healthy opportunity pipeline on a continuous basis. - Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. - Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. - Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. - Creates and conducts proposal presentations, Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. - Experience in dealing with End User customers covering industries like Metals / semiconductor / Food and beverage / Automobile / Chemicals / Pharma. - Understanding of other allied products / solutions like Instrumentation , Cables , Motors, Lighting etc will be added advantage though not mandatory - Should have strong communication and presentation skills, should be passionate on delivering results and should be able to work as a team along with different stakeholders. - Should be willing to travel extensively across the industrial belts in and around Hyderabad like Jedcherla, Kothagudem, Ramagudam.
