JOB SUMMARY

As the Manager, Quality Review (MQR), you will lead a team or Quality Review Analysts (QRA), by adjudicating financial oversight and adherence to construction standards and budget, in addition to time and quality metrics, as they pertain to scope review, change orders and quality assurance in support of various internal and external customers. You will collaborate with peers of Field Inspection, National Operations, National Construction, Vendor Management, Senior Leadership and others to share information on trends and emerging issues. You will ensure scopes of work, change orders and quality assurance fails meet specifications and cost thresholds for various property tier levels and product lines. You will also partner with the standards and catalog management teams in providing user feedback and advisement. You will be data-driven, process-oriented, and an objective problem solver while managing multiple tasks and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strong leadership and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

High accountability for scope/change order to budget outcomes.

Capable of identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies and facilitating resolutions.

Partner with internal and external functional leaders, partners and customers to ensure workflow coordination and escalations are successfully and timely managed.

Identify areas of improvement and use data to drive decision-making.

Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.

Interprets feedback results for key personnel to drive change and improvements.

Proactively identifies and reviews training opportunities with key stakeholders.

Performs manager review of high dollar scope, quality and change orders.

Performs regular one on one communications with direct reports.

Foster a culture of collaboration, trust and respect.

Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team and key stakeholders.

Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities.

Designs and implements change order, scope and quality review analysis training for key personnel in conjunction with team and leadership.

Directs team on corrective/preventive measures for field or internal failures.

Ensures actions are implemented in compliance with the standards.

Assist with cross-training and skill development activities.

Supports team by working along-side them during peak volume times and/or staffing shortages.

QUALIFICATIONS

5 or more years of previous leadership in business operations with direct reports and at least one year of successful management of remote employees.

Strong technical skill and application using InsideMaps, Salesforce, MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Cognito Forms and related software/hardware.

High-level Salesforce with ability to create ad-hoc reports.

Thorough understanding of standards for light and heavy construction.

High-level data analysis and analytical skills to identify trends and mitigation measures.

Experience with partnering on cross-functional projects or teams.

Strong ability to problem-solve and think creatively.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams of all levels, including executive audiences.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment.

Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.

Occasional overnight travel required.

Must have a valid Driver’s License.
