Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in the Asset and Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Databricks SQL Databricks Delta Lake Databricks Workflows and PySpark. This role involves designing and implementing robust data solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data architectures using Databricks SQL Databricks Delta Lake and Databricks Workflows.Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using PySpark.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure best practices in data engineering.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and monitoring processes.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architectures workflows and processes.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions to ensure high efficiency and scalability.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and incidents.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and methodologies.Ensure that data solutions align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success.Qualifications
