Overall Responsibilities:
To make the integration of the Legacy System in the new OneERP environment successful, a System Integration team has been established who coordinates all relevant activities between the E2E teams and the respective legacy application leads. Facilitate and coordinate the integration of the Legacy Systems to SAP S/4 HANA between E2E Teams, Domain Architects and Legacy Application Leads.Main Tasks
Act as a bridge between OneERP Program (E2E Teams, PMO, ABAP, CPI, BASIS, Integration Office, Test Team….) and Legacy Domain Systems to ensure that cross communication is done Drive the translation of functional business requirements into technical solutions and support business in user requirements definition. Coordinate or help to create communication flows with Non-SAP Application world. Coordinate with Deploy Manager the workshop A with E2E, DA and Local teams Work with E2E Team to have the Interface list is created and reviewed after workshops regarding prioritizations Coordinate with Deploy Manager to get details for Interface List. Work with Service Teams to have Interface effort estimated Ensure that the scope is officially approved by GPO and DA in each E2E Team Ensure that System Integration Plan is build and reviewed in OIF. Ensure negotiation of Interface priorities if Legacy and Services Teams have lack of capacity Coordinates the Planning and management of the overall execution of critical changes in external systems required Ensure that System Integration plan is defined and cascade to all E2E Project plans. Ensure and facilitate weekly status update and support resolving escalations Work with Program Teams to trace if all the activities to complete an Interface are done including UIT or escalate if needed. Ensure that all the Interfaces are ready to be moved to QA environment to be tested (with E2E, SAP ABAP, CPI and Legacy Team) Ensure that the Legacy Application Teams are informed and available on the Dates defined in Test Plan by E2E Teams Ensure that if Legacy Teams are not available on the defined dates resolve and support E2E Teams or Business Users escalations. Work with Cutover Manager to perform the kick-off Cutover Plan Activities and help on trace the actions Ensure that Cutover activities progress is done Set-up review meetings between Cutover Manager and Application Leads/DA for each application Coordinate with Legacy Application Leads/DA the start of the Cutover activities.Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in Project Management position. Strong analytical, pro activity & problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
