Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring AppDynamics Analytics and AppDynamics Work Model. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize our infrastructure operations ensuring seamless performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and management of AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring to ensure optimal application performance.Provide detailed analysis and insights using AppDynamics Analytics to identify and resolve performance issues.Manage and optimize the AppDynamics Work Model to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure operations align with business objectives.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement best practices for infrastructure management and continuous improvement.Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to support business growth.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in all infrastructure operations.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in infrastructure operations.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring a stable and efficient infrastructure.

Qualifications

Must have 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations.Must have expertise in AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring.Must have experience with AppDynamics Analytics.Must be proficient in managing AppDynamics Work Model.Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Should have experience in developing and maintaining documentation.Should have knowledge of best practices in infrastructure management.Should be familiar with security policies and procedures.Should have experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Certified AppDynamics Professional ITIL Foundation Certification
