Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering innovative solutions and enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development and Customization to enhance platform capabilities.Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to streamline development and deployment.Configure and customize SFDC Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.Ensure proper configuration of Salesforce to meet business needs and compliance requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices and technical issues.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance productivity.Support the adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organization to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SFDC Integration Development and Customization.Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce DevOPS and SFDC Sales Cloud.Have strong expertise in SFDC Lightning and Configuration.Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to technology solutions.
