As a Program Manager, you will directly report up to the Poland Business Area senior leadership. You will be responsible for all programmatic elements including cost, technical and schedule performance of NAREW/WISLA activities or specifically Engineering activities. You will lead these efforts ensuring performance in alignment with the contract and customer needs. You will interface with the customer community and multiple internal organizations. You and your team will ensure compliance to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Northrop Grumman software development practices and develop and implement a metrics-based performance measurement approach. You will also be responsible for driving organic growth of the team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with 7 years of program management or IPT leadership; Masters degree with 5 years of program management or IPT leadership experience; 12 years of overall industry experienceDemonstrated customer interface skillsDemonstrated large-team organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsExperience in program-level financial management and reporting (Earned Value Management, Control Account Management, Risk Management)Understanding of organizational financial management and reporting (Annual OperatingExperience creating resource-loaded software development roadmaps that reflect customer priorities and align with customer schedules and deployment plansComprehensive understanding of software development within an Agile EnvironmentExperience in resource planning and staffing to planActive Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with command and control systems and air and missile defenseExperience working with the US ArmyProgram management experience on an ACAT-1 program7+ years of program management experienceProven ability to manage and lead program managersProposal development experienceSAFe Agile experience and trainingUnderstanding of enterprise-class operating systemand network deploymentProject Management Professional certification, or similarActive Top Secret ClearanceForeign Military Sales contract experience

Salary Range: $172,500.00 - $258,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
