This Management role will be responsible for the portfolio of B2B products and services and for prioritising and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the vision for development of Network and Unified Comms’ services, for leading a team of product and marketing managers, and for proactively identifying key projects’ challenges and risks, supporting product managers to improve efficiency, and ensuring initiatives are aligned with other internal areas roadmaps (such as commercial areas, IT, CVM, brand, among others).
Identify, develop and manage a consistent portfolio of products and services that supports Vodafone strategy for business customers, in the Unified Communications, Fixed Data Connectivity and Media areaCoordinate a team of product and marketing managers responsible for the previously mentioned areasDefine a 2-3 years’ product vision and strategy in the Unified Communications, Fixed Data Connectivity and Media areas, working closely with local departments - ensuring tailored strategies based on unique local needs - while maintaining a shared group vision, within the framework of the Product Operating ModelAnalyse market opportunities, develop compelling business and value cases for new products and evaluate pricing models for new solutions and productsDefine business and user experience requirements for the development of new solutions, and evolution of existing solutions, engaging with Vodafone internal teams and external technology partnersParticipate in the elaboration of market consultations and in the contracting processes with service and solution providers, in alignment with the Supply Chain teamEnsure compliance of products and services with Vodafone’s data protection and cybersecurity policies, in coordination with the areas of privacy and technology, and cooperate with the legal area in the elaboration of the solutions terms of serviceMonitor IT and Engineering development projects, from a business requester perspective, until the go liveEnsure the definition of pre-sales, delivery and support processes, in cooperation with the responsible operational areasCreate Product documentation, to be provided to Commercial areas, in alignment with Brand teamCooperate with Vodafone Academy team, in the training of commercial areasEnsure with Commercial, Support and CX areas the collection of customer feedback, to ensure proper management of the life cycle of existing productsMonitor the performance and support the life cycle of products and solutions, until their end of lifeCultivate a culture of innovation, fostering expertise and facilitating continuous learning programs with focus on the customerEnsure that services/products generate high levels of satisfaction/NPSExecute the strategy in the Unified Communications, Fixed Data Connectivity and Media areas, through the development of offers that support revenue growth in this area, ensuring adequate pricing and marginEnsure the selection of reliable partners and adequate support processesManage the existing products’ portfolio from a product management perspective, during their lifecycleWho you are Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields5 years of experience in a similar area (product, project management, pre-sales, go-to-market or technology)Project Management skills, coordination of multi-role teams and management by objectivesTechnology savvy, with strong learning abilityGood organizational and personal interrelationship skillsAbility to communicate and influenceFluency in written and spoken Portuguese and EnglishAbility to make C-level presentationsManagement/supervisory previous experience is a plusNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
