The Medical Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising and controlling the management and delivery of quality patient care, services and operational activities within assigned medical practice location(s).
What you will do:
Operational Leadership – Manage and optimize clinic workflows, staffing, and patient service delivery.Financial Oversight – Develop and monitor budgets, track revenue, and ensure billing accuracy.Staff Management – Hire, train, and evaluate clinical and support staff while fostering a positive work culture.Compliance & Quality – Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.Patient & Provider Satisfaction – Enhance patient experience, physician collaboration, and overall service excellence.Strategic Growth – Implement marketing strategies and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.Multi-Site Support – Ability to travel across multiple office locations as needed.This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in operations, team management, and patient-centered care.Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Licensure: Current RN Indiana License (RN-IN) if position held by registered nurse.
Experience: Demonstrated supervisory experience and responsibilities with three to five years of progressive experience in a medical office practice or ambulatory medical service setting required. Acute healthcare management experience of two to three years in a mid to large size healthcare organization
