Coordinate the maintenance of a cost-effective formulary by drug evaluation, overseeing the buyers at each hospital, and staff and physician education. Work with other clinical managers and coordinators to assure quality pharmacy services. Coordinate the pharmacy intern / extern / doctorate student program. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** + **_Bachelor Degree_** in **_Pharmacy_** + Doctorate Degree + PharmD + Three years as a clinical pharmacist Understanding of the components of a clinical service Experience in formulary management (i.e., P&T, MUE, and ADR reporting programs) Teaching experience such as that obtained during a Pharm.D., residency program, BCPS or other advanced pharmacy certification.
