This clinic is thriving and highly productive, and we need an exceptional leader to ensure the continued delivery of top-tier pediatric care.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day operations to optimize patient care and staff performance.
Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and quality improvements.
Support the team in providing outstanding customer service and achieving operational goals.
Oversee financial performance, compliance, and workflow efficiencies.
What You’ll Bring
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proven expertise in managing teams, fostering engagement, and driving results.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Adept at problem-solving, data analysis, and leading change.
Attributes:
A self-starter with critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
