The Operations Manager coordinates, implements, and supervises all services of Day Services of Collabria Care. Follows and interprets all policies and procedures, applicable laws and licensing requirements at all times, regarding ADHC, ADCRC and ADP programs. Reports and is directly accountable to the Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in the field of nursing, social work, psychology, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy or speech therapy, or registered dietitian, or professional in gerontology or related field. Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 1 year Clinical experience in a health care setting A minimum or two (2) years of demonstrated experience in the methods of administration, management, organization, program development, and personnel management. 2 years experience working with frail elderly and disabled adult populations, who reside within the community.
