Manager of Quality Assurance
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Columbus, Ohio, for a Manager of Quality Assurance. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality standards of our products and ensuring they meet the expectations of our clients. Your primary duties will revolve around quality assurance, data review, preparation for certifications and audits, and maintaining up-to-date records as per our internal processes. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the establishment of quality assurance goals that align with the company's objectives and policies. • Analyzing data from various quality assurance activities to ensure alignment with our procedures and standards. • Preparing for and managing certifications and audits including ISO9001:2015, IATF16949, and 17025. • Ensuring that all company quality records are up-to-date and accurately reflect our internal processes. • Utilizing statistical process control (SPC) methods to analyze data for evaluating current processes and any changes to them. • Collaborating with the management team to present technical and program information. • Verifying the reliability of all equipment, materials, and services to ensure they meet the required performance efficiency standards. • Keeping abreast with government and industry quality assurance codes and standards. • Designing and implementing quality assurance training programs for key personnel in conjunction with other managers, including internal audits. • Managing the investigation and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues. • Collaborating with the Lab Manager to maintain lab standards and traceability, and to ensure lab capabilities meet customer and technical standards within the industry. Requirements • Proven experience in Android Development with a portfolio of successful projects • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking • Demonstrated experience in Bug Tracking to ensure software quality and usability • Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies and their application in software development • Experience in iOS Apps development, including testing and debugging • Skills in AB Testing to optimize product performance and user experience • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and its application in a team setting • Experience in Auditing to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders • Proficiency in Defect Management, including identification, tracking and resolution.
