As a Pricing Strategy Manager, you will drive strategic pricing initiatives that fuel growth, enhance margins, and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies across diverse markets.
Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position can be based in Kingstown, RI, Charlotte or Clemmons, NC.
You will lead the analysis, development, and execution of pricing strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will uncover insights, recommend actions, and implement pricing models that deliver value for our customers and drive profitability.
Responsibilities Strategic Pricing Development: Develop and refine pricing strategies for customer acquisition, product bundling, discounting, and retention across various segments and geographies.Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced statistical analyses to evaluate pricing outcomes, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to stakeholders and executives.Process Optimization: Standardize pricing practices and adopt a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies for sustained growth.Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product Development teams to align pricing strategies with organizational goals.Competitive Intelligence: Manage internal and external resources for competitor monitoring and market research to inform pricing decisions.Impact Measurement: Ensure the timely execution of pricing initiatives and measure their effectiveness to optimize performance. QualificationsWhat You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Proven success in designing and implementing profitability-driven pricing strategies. Experience with cross-functional collaboration is a must.Skills:Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).Expertise in market research and customer segmentation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Hayward?
