As the Manager of Partnership Development, you will explore and assist with opportunities for growth and continuous improvement of our processes and products, supporting our leadership position in the industry through better serving our owners and employees. Within this team and working with internal partners, the Partnerships Team

The Partnerships group is a team that drives external prospecting, qualifies partners, creates proposals, collaborates internally, negotiates, and closes deals, facilitates new programs, and handles partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Partnership Development will project manage partner business development and support the development process of a wide variety of multi-channel partnerships, including corporate, digital, B2B, B2C, event marketing, sales, call center sales, and new market entry. Work with the partnerships team to identify, researching and develop partner profiles and create briefs for potential partner programs, pilots, proposals and/or partner investments. Establish proper tracking, collect/organize the data, manage reporting/communication, support budgeting, tracking legal documents, and financial tracking of strategic partnership pursuits. Maintain the partnership pipeline tracker, working closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships on internal communications including circulating a monthly update to the executive team. Maintain the partnership planning model and provide regular updates on progress to the SVP of Strategy, Innovation, and Partnership. Develop collaterals and analysis to support Partnership development and negotiation, working closely with the rest of the Partnership team and the channel teams. Start to handle the relationship and execution coordination with smaller/ individual channel partners independently. Scout vendors to overcome challenges, simplify processes, and drive innovation when working with partners.
