About your jobTaking on this role, your mission goes beyond traditional leadership – you provide a strategic direction, setting the course for our product area while fostering a culture of competence growth in your team. You understand and proactively lead and encourage your team to find innovative solutions, and you establish and nurture networks with our sales organization to align product area strategies and sales execution.
Your purpose is to improve sales and overall business growth, as well as to align the product area strategy and sales execution. You also follow up on sales pipelines to actively contribute to sales execution and identification of sales opportunities. By securing proactive competence development that enables future sales in specific markets and develop organizational systems and people to ensure that prerequisites, attitudes, and capabilities for opportunity evaluation, product discovery and sales execution are in place.
The ideal location for this position is China. Extensive travel across Asia is part of your job – immersing yourself in the markets we serve and connecting with our customers on a deeper level.
Your profileWe’re looking for a confident communicator – someone who can articulate ideas compellingly and inspire trust and enthusiasm throughout the organization. We believe that you have a relevant university degree combined with solid experience from a leading position in a multinational business context. This position requires experience in data analysis, customer and market research, and leading distributed teams, as well as functional and process orientation. Your background includes significant experience in opportunity, threat and performance management methods. To be successful in this job, we believe that you also need experience, or a strong curiosity, of cutting tools, combined with an eagerness to quickly learn and understand how our offers are presented. We act in a global organization with lots of exciting interactions and this calls for excellent communication skills in English.
