About You
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual ready to take on the exciting challenge of building our Learning & Development function from the ground up. This new role will play a crucial part in our mission to develop strong leadership and support underserved communities through comprehensive learning and development programs.
As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that foster growth, empowerment, and continuous learning. This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing impactful programs that align with our organization's values and commitment to making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leadership and development programs aligned with our mission and goals.Create learning solutions that drive individual and team growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed learning into our organization’s culture.Build and deliver programs that address the unique needs of our patients and communities, emphasizing empowerment and holistic care.Requirements
Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a healthcare or community-focused environment.Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs from the ground up.Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Commitment to empowering underserved communities through educational and developmental initiatives.Qualifications
The Manager of Learning & Development should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred5+ years of demonstrated expertise in L&D – at least 2 years in a supervisory roleExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay difficult concepts at all levels of the organizationThorough knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply adult learning theories, best-in-class learning technologies, and modern instructional design methodologiesExperience in building and delivering training materials as well as coordinating with outside vendorsHigh proficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsHigh proficiency in Learning Management SystemsAbility to travel as needed to other CINQCARE locations.Our Benefits
