Ariens Company is on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Manager of Inside Sales! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing inside sales and support activities for our valued customers, leveraging your expertise in customer support, order management, and sales. You'll oversee the Inside Sales, Whole Goods, and Henry’s Parts business, driving success and growth. If you're ready to make a significant impact and lead a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
THE DAY TO DAY...
Execute annual strategic new dealer business plan for identified Target and Gap Markets
Maintain and communicate key performance metrics to measure progress against new business objectives
Execute the successful onboarding of new dealers including gathering financial information, dealer agreements, training, and administering the requirements of new dealer program
Maintain relationships with low-volume dealer accounts to grow sales year over year
Manage sales leads in CRM obtained from corporate trade shows, company webpages, social media sites, and prospecting activities
Manage all processes associated with order management pertaining to whole goods business for US and Canadian Dealers, National Retailer, international, Government, and Industrial Accounts
Execute the efficient processing of elements of the Sales and Marketing Program including rebates, promotional credits, and pricing
Maintain and communicate key performance metrics to measure customer satisfaction, taking action to address gaps
Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals
Cross-functional leadership of multi-channel contact center technology, including voice/telephone, email/chat, database management, self-service, and agent desktops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, credit, logistics, finance, and operations to meet Ariens Company business objectives
Prepare and monitor the expense budget
Manage 1-3 direct reports, responsible for hiring, coaching, development, retention, and performance of the Inside Sales team
Maintain and communicate key performance metrics to measure department performance
Develop training and develop opportunities for support staff related to job junctions or personal development
THE QUALIFICATIONS...
Associate degree required or a minimum of 7 years of direct experience in sales or customer interactions
