PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

Deliver cutting-edge the services relating to the ranging process, system and the master data to stakeholders, to ensure accurate product data flow across upstream and downstream systems, troubleshooting as needed. Plan and execute all ranging planning and operations related template, systems and data tasks. Support Go-to-Market (GTM) tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM process and milestone execution.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Product Data Management

Prepare and maintain range data templates (e.g., range planning, price lists, margin simulation). Ensure accurate product data flow across upstream and downstream systems, troubleshooting as needed. Manage sell-in tool setup (e.g., eCatalog) and data visibility. Conduct regular reports to ensure data accuracy and guide corrections. Support Maintain specified SAP product master data fields (e.g., segmentation, pricing, RID).

 

Marketing Systems Expertise

Serve as ranging and master data systems administrator and system expert. (e.g. RMA, Hub-light, T1, Click, etc.). Support ranging systems master data projects (e.g., M-3 system rollout, Click rollout). Lead the new ranging system(M-3) and sell-in tool (Click) roll out in SEA. Drive system and tool improvement projects for ranging and master data management.

 

Analytics and Reporting

Lead integrated GTM process support, ensuring comprehensive packages from category managers. Provide system training to enhance team skills for an operation excellence. Monitor range master data implementation for consistency and quality. Support buy review processes with templates and brand analytics. Support dashboard and BI foundation development.

 

Go-to-Market (GTM) Support

Plan and align GTM timelines for range-related system and data tasks, including product systems (RMA, Hub-Light, SAP) and sell-in tools (T1 Studio). Coordinate deliverables from stakeholders to meet key seasonal milestones. Manage post-seasonal data and process reviews and implement improvement plans.

Emerging Market MOPs SEA Cluster: SEA brand team: Category Management, Concept to Consumer (CTC), Brand Activations; SEA channel team: Wholesales GKA, DTC, Franchise; Demand Planning, SCM etc. SEA Country Teams: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Broad marketing expertise with knowledge in merchandising, category management, and business operations. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Deep understanding of GTM processes, KPIs, and SEA market dynamics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation abilities. Fluent in English (verbal and written).

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant degree with focus on Marketing / Commerce / IT / Demand planning  / Purchasing Business: 5+ year experience in international SGI and/or FMCG company Functional: 5+ year experience in sales analytics Cross-functional experience ideally in Marketing / Sales / Finance / Operations / SCM
