Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Center Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), with a proven track record of managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
SCCM Administration:
Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
Perform SCCM configuration and deployment of software and patches.
Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance issues.
Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
SCOM Administration:
Configure and maintain SCOM infrastructure, including monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards.
Integrate SCOM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management.
Monitor and troubleshoot SCOM performance and health issues.
Develop and maintain SCOM reports and dashboards.
General System Administration:
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as backups, restorations, and health checks.
Implement and manage security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
Must have professional/technical qualificationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on SCCM and SCOM.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
ITIL Foundation Certification
