The Manager – Inflight Crew Transformation is responsible for planning and executing Inflight’s strategic roadmap for the Inflight Crew Scheduling organization. The Manager will act in a number of different capacities to ensure Inflight is well-prepared for the COSMOS transition for initiatives that involve people, processes, and technology changes. This will include oversight on individual initiatives, preparing business cases to secure funding for future investments, or ad-hoc analyses or process mapping.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee progress of multiple Inflight Crew Transformation projectsOversee change management of new tools and functionality for Crew SchedulersPreparation of communication materials and updating project documentationConduct ad-hoc project analyses where neededPlan and execute project plans around hiring, training, and technology initiativesCoach and mentor team members to increased initiative and career successQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations or Finance3-5 years Scheduling Operations experience3-5 years operational management Experience leading multiple concurrent projectsDemonstrated analytics expertiseExperience creating project funding requestsExperience with process mappingMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
