Manager Hyperautomation (f/m/d)

For our Department Digital-Technology , we are looking for an Engineering Manager Hyperautomation (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Data & AI.

In our versatile Data & AI Team, where we blend classical data analytics and data science methodologies with cutting-edge techniques like GenAI to craft tailored solutions and capabilities. Our Hyperautomation team is dedicated to developing bots using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and implementing process mining solutions. Our goal is to harness synergies across all teams to maximize efficiency and drive innovation within our organization. Join us in shaping the future of automation and data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for guiding a team of RPA and Process Mining Specialists at two locations, Varna(BG) and Brno(CZ). With your in-depth understanding of data analysis, business process improvement, and application of process automation technologies, you will play a major role for driving operational efficiency and leveraging technology advancements for continuous business transformation.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE 

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented RPA and Process Mining experts across two locations

Align and execute the technical strategy, project roadmap, and delivery plans for Hyperautomation projects together with the Product Owner

Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives in term of capacity planning and priorities

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, address engineering challenges, and drive innovation in Hyperautomation solutions

Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and agile development methodologies

Collaborate with HR to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment

Foster a collaborative and engaging culture that encourages knowledge sharing, personal growth, and career development within the team

YOUR PROFILE 

Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in leading and coaching people

Strong understanding of RPA and Process Mining tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Celonis etc.

Experience with agile methodologies

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-visibility projects concurrently.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a distributed team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
