Inviting applications for the role of Manager (HR Support PMO)
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Support PMO to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting with various HR administrative functions including hiring, tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Creating reports, coordinating with Talent team for onboarding and recruitment
• Setting up interviews and follow-up with Talent team from inception to closure
• Closely work with Program leadership team in closing various open points on people functions
• Prepare Program Governance Deck for People function area
• Track various People Events, Monitor and Close the open tasks
• Help HR Leader in all People related matter
• Closely work with Program PMO in closing people functions open items
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
• Graduation/ Masters
• Experience in HR operations, creating reports and working with talent match team
• On boarding and recruitment experience is a must.
• Minimum Graduate: additional certification in administration, Mobility or a HR field is a plus.
• Previous experience in administrative support, Hiring and coordination within internal teams is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Proven experience in HR administrative support or similar role, hiring, tracking and coordination within teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
